HSAP 2017 Convention The 2017 Biennial Convention of the Hawai‘i State Association of Parliamentarians will be held on: Saturday June 17, 2017 10 a.m. (Registration from 9:15 a.m.) Waipahu Community of Christ (annex) 94-130 Mokukaua St. Waipahu, HI 96797   Download Registration Form   Please register early. Register early (by June 10) for only $5. After that it will be $10 up to and including the day of the convention, June 17th. Registration fees include refreshments (light pupus) and an informal discussion with Professional Parliamentarians from HSAP. All members of the National Association of Parliamentarians (NAP) in Hawaiʻi are members as well of the Hawaiʻi State Association of Parliamentarians, NAP's state affiliate, and, as such, are invited to register as voting delegates to this convention. Delegates will be electing HSAP officers and delegates to the NAP Bienniel Convention in Chicago (Sept 2017).
